1. Introduction and Application of Jaw Crusher:

Stone Jaw Crusher, ore crushing machine, is widely used as the primary and secondary crushing equipment(PE Series is used in primary crushing, while PEX series is used in secondary crushing and fine crushing), to crush stones of high hardness and mid hardness and also soft rocks and ores.  The largest compression strength of crushed material is 320 Mpa. It can reach the crushing ratio of 4-6 and the shape of final product is even.

3. Structure of Jaw Crusher:

Stone jaw crusher are composed of stander, eccentric shaft, belt pulley, flywheel, movable jaw plate, wrist plate ,adjustable gap screw, offsetting spring, fixed jaw plate. The wrist plate also has the effect of guarding.

4. Working Principle of Jaw Crusher:

Jaw Crusher's crushing style is the type of driving extrusion. Motor drives the belt and belt pulley to make the movable jaw up and down through eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw is up, the angle between wrist plate and movable jaw becomes large, to drive movable jaw plate close to fixed jaw plate. During this process, the material is squeezed and crushed. When the movable jaw is down, the angle between wrist plate and movable jaw becomes small, and the movable jaw plate will leave the fixed jaw plate, and then the crushed material will be discharged from the lower opening of the crushing room. With the motor continuously rotating and the material periodically crushed and discharged, a mass production will be realized.
